What we collect

• Account details — your mobile number, name and email address.
• Location — only if you allow it, and only to show you offers near you.
• Activity — the coupons you claim and redeem, and your referrals.
• Payment details — handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
• Payout details — your PAN and bank account, only if you choose to withdraw earnings. Required by Indian tax law.

What we do with it

We use your data to run the service: to show you relevant offers, let you claim and redeem coupons, calculate your earnings, pay out withdrawals, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data.

What merchants see

When you redeem a coupon, the merchant sees that a valid coupon was claimed and scanned. They do not receive your phone number, email, bank details or your other activity on NexusCoupons.

Your money

NexusCoupons does not hold your money. You cannot load funds into the app, and you cannot send money to other users. Earnings you accumulate — cashback and referral rewards — are paid out to your own verified bank account when you request a withdrawal.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email privacy@nexuscoupons.com and we will respond. Some records — such as payout and tax records — we are legally required to keep.
