Subscriptions and claims

A plan gives you a number of coupon claims for each billing period, and access to certain offers. Claiming a coupon uses one claim. Unused claims do not roll over into the next period. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; your current period runs to its end.

Offers and merchants

Offers are provided by independent merchants. The merchant, not NexusCoupons, is responsible for honouring an offer and for the goods or services you buy. We check offers, but we cannot guarantee that a merchant will always be able to fulfil one. If an offer is not honoured, tell us and we will investigate.

Cashback and referral earnings

Some offers include cashback. Cashback is credited only after a merchant scans and verifies your redemption. Referral rewards are credited when someone you referred subscribes to a paid plan.

Earnings are held for a short maturing period before they can be withdrawn. This lets us reverse anything that turns out to be fraudulent. We may withhold, reverse or cancel earnings, and suspend an account, where we reasonably believe the service is being abused — for example self-referral, fake accounts, or collusion with a merchant.

Withdrawals

You may withdraw matured earnings to your own verified bank account, once you are above the minimum withdrawal amount. We verify your PAN and bank details first, and we deduct tax at source where Indian law requires it. Withdrawals are reviewed before they are paid.

You cannot add money to NexusCoupons, and you cannot send money to another user. The app is not a wallet or a payment instrument.

Acceptable use

One account per person. Do not create fake accounts, refer yourself, resell coupons, or attempt to obtain cashback for a purchase that did not happen. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
